Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (ci-après dénommées « CGU ») régissent l'accès et l'utilisation du site de formation en ligne accessible à l’adresse suivante https://campus.ccfd-terresolidaire.org (ci-après dénommé « le site ») proposé par le CCFD-Terre Solidaire (ci-après dénommé « l'Association »).

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the online training platform accessible at https://campus.ccfd-terresolidaire.org (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), provided by CCFD-Terre Solidaire (hereinafter referred to as the "Association").

L'accès au site est gratuit. Certaines fonctionnalités ou modules de formation nécessitent la création d’un compte personnel avec identifiant et mot de passe. Certains contenus peuvent être restreints selon le profil de l’utilisateur (par exemple aux salariés ou bénévoles de l’Association).

Access to the Platform is free of charge. Certain features or training courses require the creation of a personal account with a username and password. Some content may be restricted based on the user's profile (e.g. limited to employees or volunteers of the Association).

Le site de formation en ligne a pour vocation de proposer des modules d'apprentissage, supports pédagogiques et ressources numériques destinés à informer, former et sensibiliser ses utilisateurs sur les thématiques propres à l'Association.

The Platform is designed to offer training courses, educational materials, and digital resources intended to inform, train, and raise awareness among its users on topics relevant to the Association's mission.

Tous les contenus présents sur le site (textes, vidéos, images, logos, documents pédagogiques) sont la propriété exclusive de l'Association ou de ses partenaires, sauf mention contraire.
Toute reproduction, représentation ou diffusion, totale ou partielle, sans autorisation préalable écrite, est interdite, sauf pour un usage strictement personnel et non commercial.

All content available on the Platform (including but not limited to texts, videos, images, logos, and educational materials) is the exclusive property of the Association or its partners, unless otherwise indicated.
Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited, except for strictly personal and non-commercial use.

Les données collectées lors de l’inscription ou de l’utilisation du site (nom, prénom, adresse mail, etc.) sont traitées conformément au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD).
L’utilisateur dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, d’opposition et de suppression de ses données en écrivant à : support.lms@ccfd-terresolidaire.org

Personal data collected during registration or use of the Platform (including name, surname, and email address) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Engagement de l’utilisateur

6. User Obligations

L'utilisateur s'engage à utiliser le site dans le respect des présentes CGU, des lois applicables et de la déontologie propre à l'Association. Il doit veiller à ne pas perturber le fonctionnement du site, ni à nuire à la qualité de l'expérience des autres utilisateurs, ni à utiliser les contenus à des fins commerciales ou illicites.
En cas de manquement, l’Association se réserve le droit de suspendre ou supprimer l’accès au site, sans préavis.

Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the Association's standards of conduct. Users must not disrupt the operation of the Platform, impair the experience of other users, or use any content for commercial or unlawful purposes.
In the event of a breach, the Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice.

7. Responsabilité

7. Limitation of Liability

L'Association met tout en œuvre pour assurer la disponibilité et le bon fonctionnement du site. Toutefois, elle ne pourra être tenue responsable en cas d’interruptions temporaires, de maintenance, ou de problèmes techniques indépendants de sa volonté.
Les contenus proposés sur le site sont fournis à titre informatif et pédagogique. L'Association ne garantit pas l'actualisation permanente des informations diffusées. L’utilisation des contenus se fait sous la seule responsabilité de l’utilisateur. L’association ne saurait être tenue pour responsable de tout dommage direct ou indirect lié à l’utilisation du site.

The Association shall use its best efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform. However, the Association shall not be held liable for any temporary interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues beyond its control. Content provided on the Platform is made available for informational and educational purposes only.
The Association does not warrant that the information published on the Platform is kept permanently up to date. Users access and use all content at their own risk. The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Modifications des Conditions Générales d'Utilisation

8. Amendments to the Terms

L'Association se réserve la possibilité de modifier, à tout moment, les présentes CGU afin de les adapter aux évolutions du site ou de la réglementation. Les utilisateurs seront informés de toute modification importante. La version en ligne fait foi.

The Association reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in order to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable regulations. Users will be notified of any material changes. The current online version shall prevail.

9. Droit Applicable et Juridiction Compétente

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Les présentes CGU sont régies par la loi française. En cas de litige relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution des présentes CGU, les parties s'efforceront de trouver une solution amiable. À défaut d'accord, le litige sera porté devant les tribunaux compétents du siège social de l'Association.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the courts with jurisdiction over the Association's registered office.

10. Acceptation des CGU

10. Acceptance of Terms

L’accès et l’utilisation du site impliquent l’acceptation sans réserve des présentes CGU. L’utilisateur s’engage à en respecter les termes pour toute la durée de l’utilisation du site.

By accessing and using the Platform, users unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them for the entire duration of their use of the Platform.
